Dacia Striker priced in Poland from PLN 92,900 with factory LPG

Dacia has published Polish prices for the Striker, which made its world debut at the Paris Motor Show on Monday. The cheapest version costs PLN 92,900, and the first cars reach showrooms in January 2027.

Dacia has published Polish prices for the Striker, a new model that made its world debut at the Paris Motor Show on Monday 12 October. The cheapest version costs PLN 92,900 and comes as standard with 140 hp and a factory-fitted LPG system. Orders have just opened, and the first cars will arrive in showrooms in January 2027. The Striker is a raised C-segment estate that costs noticeably less than the Bigster.

The price list, version by version

The entry-level Essential has a 140 hp 1.2 mild hybrid-G engine, meaning a mild hybrid with LPG, paired with a manual gearbox. It costs PLN 92,900. The better-equipped Expression costs PLN 99,900 with a manual or PLN 106,900 with an automatic. The 155 hp full hybrid starts at PLN 113,000 and costs PLN 121,500 in Extreme and Journey trims. At the top of the range is the 150 hp 4x4 hybrid, from PLN 120,900, or PLN 129,500 as an Extreme. Some outlets swapped the prices of the hybrid and the 4x4; we use the figures on which Otomoto, Interia and Auto Świat agree.

Cheaper than the Bigster

The Striker is 4,620 mm long with a 2,704 mm wheelbase. The boot holds 431–516 litres. A figure of 600 litres appeared in the media earlier, but the newer data put it at 431–516 litres. According to Auto Świat, the new model is about PLN 8,000–12,000 cheaper than the Bigster, whose prices start at PLN 101,400. "The new Dacia Striker is cheaper than the Bigster, and even the base version has 140 hp and factory LPG," Otomoto sums up. In Europe the Striker should cost under €25,000.

Mild hybrid, LPG and full hybrid

The mild hybrid in the base engine is a small electrical system that assists the petrol engine but cannot drive the car on electricity alone. On top of that comes an LPG system fitted at the factory rather than added later in a workshop. In Poland, where autogas has long had plenty of fans, that is a strong selling point. The full hybrid works differently: it combines a 1.8 engine with two electric motors and a 1.4 kWh battery. It never needs plugging in, and Dacia says up to 80% of driving in town can be done on electricity. CO₂ emissions are said to be below 100 g/km.

Order now, drive in January

Orders are already being taken, and the first cars will reach showrooms in January 2027. Before then the Striker can be seen in person: from 16 October Dacia is running the Striker Experience Tour, a roadshow covering 11 Polish cities. The Paris show, where the car made its debut, is open to visitors from 13 to 18 October at the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre.

The new Spring awaits a Polish price

The Dacia stand in Paris also features the second-generation Dacia Spring EV. It should cost under €18,000, has a 27.5 kWh LFP (lithium iron phosphate) battery and a WLTP range of 250 km. It will be built in Novo Mesto, Slovenia. A Polish price for the new Spring has not yet been announced.
